The Rally of New Caledonia organisers have issued time penalties to both Skoda drivers for delaying the start of stage 13 – their question “Is it safe??” . A hearing is taking place to decide the final result, that currently has Michael Young 1st in APRC with Jan Kopecky 2nd and Gaurav Gill 3rd.
