The FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship is encouraging national competitors to enter and compete in the APRC section of each host country’s rally.
Competing against the APRC competitors provides international television and media exposure, free products from APRC sponsor Wurth, points in the APRC Wurth Cup and the opportunity to win substantial Wurth Cup prize money at each event.
It allows a local competitor to enter their home international event without the need for an international license, provided the following criteria are met:
- Vehicles must be eligible under the ASN Rally Championship regulations relevant to the host event country.
- Vehicle and Competitor Safety requirements are met according to the ASN Rally Championship regulations relevant to the host event country.
The host event Clerk of Course must provide a letter of approval to the APRC Executive, which in turn will be forwarded to the FIA rally department and the Chairman of the FIA Rallies Commission.
