Cusco Announce Expanded Line-up

CUSCO Racing World Rally Team will have a major impact on the 2011 Asia Pacific Rally Championship after releasing their line-up of drivers, cars and trophies they are chasing in 2011. Twice winners of the APRC’s Asia Cup, CUSCO is after a third win and chasing the new Teams Award. The Junior series is a major focus with two cars nominated for this category.

Japanese driver Yuya Sumiyama will once again chase the Asia Cup, while Rifat Sungkar will join the team for the whole APRC. As previously reported Cody Crocker makes a welcome return for at least two Pacific events, primarily to help win the Teams award.

Akira Bamber has shown lots of maturity in previous international events and gets the opportunity to win the inaugural Junior Trophy. Hiroshi Yanagisawa will return to the Japanese Rally Championship, where the team will also run a Proton Satria Neo for Shuhei Muta.
