Asia-Pacific’s Pirelli Star Driver Mark Tapper (NZ, Mitsubishi) WRC Rally d’Italia came to a premature end on Stage 3 with fuel problems. Tapper restarted on Day 2 , but only got as far as 9kms into SS8 before he left the road and hit a tree – forcing him out of the event.
