This weekend ESPN STAR Sports will broadcast the first one-hour highlights programme featuring the Pacific rounds of the 2008 Asia Pacific Rally Championship – New Caledonia, Australia and New Zealand. 

This year three major teams are competing for victory and after the Pacific events there are three main contenders for the title, Australian Cody Crocker in a Motor Image Subaru, fellow countryman Dean Herridge in a CUSCO Subaru and Katsu Taguchi from Japan driving an MRF Tyres Mitsubishi.
