From the APRC Working Group
Dear Competitors,
We want to share some important updates with you on the new format of the APRC. As you know, there have been a lot of changes and we are excited to announce some further information.
The new format this year is to have 4 x Pacific Cup events and 4 x Asia Cup events. The drivers registered for the APRC need to enter 2 Asia or Pacific Cup events. This will qualify you to enter the Grand Finale at Rally Longyou in October, where the winner is the FIA APRC Champion for 2019.
On the Competitors Information page you will find:
- APRC registration form
- The Minimal weight for Category AP 4 National/Regional Cars document from the FIA
- National/Regional Car Approval Form
- Q&A document
- APRC Calendar with contact details
We have had some calendar changes – the Rally of Johor has withdrawn from the APRC calendar and has been replaced by a second Japanese rally, the “Montre Rally” in June. Please see our website for more information.
We are also excited to announce that WURTH is again coming onboard as the Championship sponsor and will again be offering some great prizes and trophies.
We look forward to seeing you at the APRC this year.
Kind regards,
The APRC Working Group
