The containers, cars  and teams have started to roll into New Zealand for the first round of the 2012 Asia Pacific Rally Championship, Rally Whangarei. A union strike by Ports of Auckland workers has cause massive disruption to shipping throughout New Zealand, some APRC team containers ending up as far south as Wellington.

These photographs were taken as the teams unloaded their containers for NZ government MAF inspections making sure there are no hidden bugs, snakes, spiders or unwanted pests in the cars and containers that could threaten New Zealand agriculture.
